    Wrestling Comes in 6th at Williamsville North Tournament

    The Wrestling team competed in the Williamsville North Invitational yesterday and finished 6th place as a team. Louciano Sciarrino finished in 4th, Julian Martin finished 3rd, Kyle Kilian finished 2nd and Alex Buckley was crowned the 285 pound Champion. Congratulations. Senior night is this Wednesday, come support Alex as he wrestles his last dual meet for Lake Shore. Go Eagles.

    Boys Swim Hosted Depew on 1/9/18

    Tuesday the Boys Swim Team hosted Depew. The team, swimming a man down, was still able to show improvements taking first in 2 relays, Diving and the 50 Free. The team was led by Will Connors with his overwhelming win in the 50 Free by more than a body length. He also improved in all of his events! Ryan Owens stepped up for his team competing in 2 relays even though he was under the weather. Gavin Mendel locked himself in for the Sectional Swimming and Diving meet to compete against all of the top divers in Section 6 with a score of 189.07. Way to go Gavin. The team will travel to Maryvale on Friday for the Kunkel Bowl.

    JV and Varsity Girls basketball teams won last night vs Springville and tonight Varsity Girl's will play home against Nichols at 5pm.

    The Girls JV Basketball team won their 3rd game of the season with a 40-26 victory over Springville. Offensively, the Lady Eagles were led by: Baylee Locke with 15 points; Lainey Scanlan with 8 points; Ella Jimerson with 7 points; Jessica Marinaro with 4 points; as well as Angela Edmond, Lilly Stender, and Tia Thompson who each chipped in 2 points. The team travels to East Aurora on 1/11/18.
