Workout #2

Do as many rounds As possible for 20 minutes:

400 meter run or run for 2 minutes
20 Ground to Overhead (Take any weight, <25lbs)
From floor to overhead - Laundry Jug works good :)
10 Dips
10 Weighted Sit-Ups, use same weight
