UPK: It’s FREE ...

And it's providing a strong start &
a sturdy foundation for our youngest learners ...

Did you know that Universal Pre-Kindergarten is free?

This half-day program for children who will be four years old by Dec. 1 focuses on social and developmental skills to prepare youngsters for Kindergarten. It’s intended to provide a strong start and a sturdy foundation for our youngest learners just starting their school careers.

UPK openings are available for morning (8:45 a.m. to 11:15 p.m.) or afternoon (12:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.) sessions at the W.T. Hoag Educational Center.

UPK follows all district Covid-19 precautions for social distancing, masking, sanitizing, temperature and Covid-19 screening questions. If you would like to reserve a spot for your child, please contact teresa.maiorana@lscsd.org or call 716-926-2480.
