Technology Loan Return Information

Technology Drop Off Directions

With the school year ending June 17th The District will need to collect the loaned out devices and chargers so we can clean and prepare them for use in the Fall. The details are listed below on the drop off procedure and schedule.

NOTE: ALL DEVICES MUST BE RETURNED. Students who will be receiving Summer Services or Summer School will be issued a new device that has been updated and cleaned per CDC guidelines. We have loaned out 434 Chromebooks, 94 iPads and 85 hot spots. These must be collected, sanitized, checked for functionality and returned to their proper cart so we have a full picture of what needs to be repaired or replaced.

IMPORTANT: Please return both the device and charger

William T. Hoag Educational Center

42 Sunset Blvd, Angola, NY 14006

Please use the main entrance

What Time:

7:30 am until 2:30 pm Monday thru Friday

A table with IT staff will be curbside to come out to the car and pick up the device and charger. Parents/Guardians will need to provide the name of the student so we can check off the return on our inventory list.

There is no need to leave the vehicle only drive up and hand the device to an IT staff member

Covid 19 Precautions

We take the safety of our families and students very seriously. IT Staff will be wearing full PPE and we will be using hand sanitizer after each car drops off a device. Devices being returned will be wiped down per CDC guidelines before being checked for functionality and being placed back in their cart.
