Get started in three steps

  1. Check your contact info in PowerSchool. If your email or phone is current your account is ready.
  2. Activate your account. Use the email or phone on file to sign in at Sign In or download the app App Store and Google Play.
  3. Set preferences. Pick instant or daily digest. Choose your language. Choose app, text, or email.

For students in grades 6 to 12

StudentSquare keeps classes, clubs, and announcements in one place.

  • Sign in with your Lake Shore email
  • Use the mobile app for fast updates
  • Check messages and events daily

For staff

  • Use ParentSquare for building and classroom communication
  • MFA is required where enabled
  • Follow the Brand and Identity Guidelines for tone and visuals
  • Contact your building ParentSquare Champion for support

  • Turn on notifications in the app settings
  • Prefer fewer alerts Select daily digest
  • Pick your preferred language in account settings
  • Verify your phone and email are correct in PowerSchool

Troubleshooting

I cannot sign in

Use the email or phone on file with the district. If needed call your school main office to update your contact information in PowerSchool.

I am not getting messages

Open Settings and check notification type and frequency. Confirm that your email and phone are verified.

I need a different language

Select your preferred language in Settings. Messages will auto translate.

Privacy and security

  • ParentSquare is a district approved platform
  • Communication is private to your school groups
  • Accounts are tied to verified contacts in PowerSchool
  • Staff use multi factor authentication where enabled
