Fundraising General Information:
For each fundraiser, a Fundraiser Request form must be submitted to the Principal first; at least two weeks prior to the event.
As soon as practicable, a Post Fundraiser form must be submitted to the William T. Hoag Building/Program Administrator.
If you are receiving individual donations; they need to be recorded and submitted as well.
