    First Grade Supply List
     
     
    There are several items that your child will need to bring to school on the first day (as per supply list which will be mailed to you from the office). I have noted a couple of changes to our list in red.
     
     
    • 1 package of sharpened pencils - I will keep these and will distribute to your child as needed. Please be sure to label the package with your child’s name.  I have a ridiculous number of pencils and would love to share! :D
    • scissors
    • crayons - no more than 24.
    • colored pencils 
    • 1 highlighter pen
    •  art smock - any large t-shirt will do.
    • pencil box - large enough to hold all crayons and a pencil or two
    • 2 erasers - pink pearl are best. No cap erasers, please.
    • 1 large boxes tissues (to share with class)
    • 3-4 glue sticks 

    • 1 pair of headphones. NO Ear buds, please. They tend to be uncomfortable for young kids.
    • Book bag (No wheels, please. These tend to be a hazard at dismissal time) 

    • sneakers 
    • 1 box of Quart-sized zip-lock baggies (girls)
    • 1 box of Gallon-sized zip-lock baggies (boys)

    • 4 Dry-Erase Markers (dark colors) and a sock or cloth to be used as an eraser

    • (1) 1” binders with front and back pockets
    • 1 Pencil Pocket with a clear front and 3 Gussets (holes) to go in Binder
