  • Washington DC Travel Insurance Information

Below you will find information from the travel company regarding the Washington DC trip. As the memo indicates they are working on refunds for all students. As more information becomes available we will share it with you - e. reidell

Please let your families know, for those who purchased the Travel Guard Insurance, we have been able to work a new system out with the Insurance company.  As you can imagine, their wait times have been unbelievably long for families trying to open a claim.  We wanted to make things easier for them and have gotten permission to start the claim process.

For those with Insurance, please have them email directly  with the following information

    School Name/Trip

    Parent Name

    Student Name

    Phone Number

    Email Address

    Mailing Address

    Trip Dates

Once they send this information in, we will forward the proper information to Travel Guard which will open a claim on their behalf.  Travel Guard will send them further information that will need to be filled out to the best of their ability.  Once all the dust settles, they will be filing for the difference between what we are able to get back and the amount they have paid towards the trip.  We will still be working on refunds for everyone on your trip regardless of whether they purchased insurance or not.

If you have any question please let me know.
