Welcome to 6th Grade English Language Arts!
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Mrs. Terra Evans and I am beginning my 28th year of teaching. I have taught sixth grade at Southtowns Catholic School for 3 years, first grade for 3 years, kindergarten for 7 years, fifth grade for 3 years, all at Anthony J. Schmidt Elementary School, and this is my 12th year here at the Middle School. I hold a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Reading. I live in Brant with my husband-Bill, daughter-Darian, son- Zachary, two dogs- Lilly & Ruthie, and cat- Duke. I became a teacher because I love to work with children and watch them learn and grow right before my very eyes!
I am looking forward to working with your child this year and helping him/her achieve his/her full potential. Sixth grade will prove to be a very challenging, yet exciting year for you and your child. I can assure you that I will do everything possible to make it a successful year for all of us. As a team, we will make your son/daughter's school year a memorable one.
