Lake View Community Association Scholarship

Criteria for this scholarships shall be based on the applicant's contributions to our community, citizenship, and attitude, not on their average or class rank.

Free Entrepreneurship Bootcamp
Posted by KIM HIMES on 3/28/2025Sign up for a Free, unique opportunity for your students to participate in a hands-on Entrepreneurship Bootcamp. This event is designed specifically for high school students who are eager to learn about entrepreneurship, innovation, and business management, and to compete for a $1,000 scholarship.
Date: June 26-27, 2025
Location: Siena College. 515 Loudon Rd, Loudonville, NY, 12211
Cost: Free (There is no charge to participate; includes lunch) Registration requiredThis two-day immersive Bootcamp will feature 30-minute crash lessons and expert-guided sales experience from prominent business leaders from New York. Students will have the opportunity to form teams, and choose a product or service to promote or sell. The team with the highest earnings by the end of the competition will win a $1,000 scholarship, split among the team.
Students will get insight information from experts including but not limited to:
Tom Amell – President & CEO, Pioneer Bank
Todd J. Drowlette - Managing Director, TITAN Commercial Realty Group
Derek Dunbar - Senior Vice President, Managed Care, ArchCare
Mark Grant - Executive Vice President of Valuation & Advisory Services, CBRE, Inc.
Emily Jansz - Project Manager, New Product Development, Mars, Inc.This event is open to all high school incoming freshmen through just graduated seniors.

Annabel Bollinger Scholarship

This $1000.00 scholarship will be awarded to an individual who is planning to attend college and major in some area related to the education of special needs students. The application process is hosted by the Community Foundation of Warren County, Pennsylvania.

Lake Shore Federal Credit Union Scholarship
Posted by KIM HIMES on 3/11/2025The Lake Shore Federal Credit Union will be offering their 18th annual $1,000.00 scholarship. This scholarship will be presented to a student who has demonstrated proficiency in academics and may have financial needs as well. Students must be a member of the Credit Union to qualify. To join, you must open a share account with a $5.00 minimum deposit-apply at the Credit Union office at 8766 Erie Road, Angola, NY 14006.

E-NSSA Future Administrator Scholarship Application
Posted by KIM HIMES on 3/10/2025The Erie-Niagara School Superintendents Association (E-NSSA) invites teachers interested in pursuing a career in public school administration to apply for this new E-NSSA Future Administrator Scholarship. Interested applicants should complete this form by April 15th, 2025. One scholarship winner will receive $500 each semester they are enrolled in a college or university with the intent of securing a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership. ($2,000 total).

Interested applicants should complete this form by April 15th, 2025. One scholarship winner will receive $500 each year ($2000 total) during the pursuit and successful completion of a Bachelor's degree in education.

Erie County Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs Scholarship
Posted by KIM HIMES on 3/5/2025The Erie County Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs is an all-volunteer charitable non-profit organization that is dedicated to the promotion of fish and wildlife conservation, education of outdoor participants and related outdoor recreation.
As part of the Erie County Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs efforts to enhance our environment and wildlife appreciation, we award up to two $500 college scholarships yearly. To qualify for a scholarship yo must be a high school senior enrolled in an accredited college, or attending an accredited college with your major in any one of these areas: environmental conservation, law enforcement, or environmental pollution, and must be a resident of Erie County.

The Engineering Society of Buffalo, Inc. 2025 Scholarship
Posted by KIM HIMES on 3/5/2025The Engineering Society of Buffalo, Inc. will award four (4) scholarships this year to matriculated Engineering or Technology students, $500 per semester - a total of $4000. Recipients must be matriculated in the fall semester following graduation from high school. The award is based on scholastic record, financial need, extracurricular activities, and leadership potential.
