Your fundamental rights regarding data privacy and security.

1. Commercial Usage

Student PII cannot be sold or released for commercial purposes by the district or contractors.

2. Access & Inspection

Parents have the legal right to review and inspect the complete contents of official education records.

3. Encryption Standards

Industry standard encryption and firewalls must be used to protect PII in transit and at rest.
