Avengers Fitness!!
We use this Avengers workout to get a good warm-up before our classes start!! Try and follow along with your favorite superheroes as they complete their training! This is how all of the superheroes get big and strong! Enjoy!

Fortnite Fitness!!
One of our favorite video games is also one of our favorite warm-up's! We use these dances to start class and get the blood flowing! You can choose to either do the dance or complete the exercise! Enjoy!!

Directions: Pick a movie or TV show and 2-3 words you may hear often in the movie. Assign an exercise to do 5 times whenever you hear that word.
Ex) character names (first, last or nickname) a theme word involved in the movie (summer, school, basketball) a common word you may find in all movies (friend, sleep, hello, goodbye).
*Add –s – ing – ed endings for extra fitness
