Alternate Transportation Request Procedure for 2026–2027

As the Lake Shore Central School District prepares for the 2026–2027 school year, the Transportation Department has updated its procedure for families needing alternate pickup or drop-off locations for their students. The revised request form offers dedicated space for multiple alternate locations throughout the week, ensuring clear and consistent transit routines for every child.

Families requiring non-standard transportation schedules should download and complete the updated fillable PDF request form as early as possible to allow for route planning. Forms are accepted on a rolling basis, but early submission helps guarantee arrangements are finalized prior to the start of classes. Completed forms may be returned electronically or delivered directly to the department office.
