The Appointment Process1. Initial Interest: Candidate notifies the Athletic Office and the program's Varsity Coach.

3. Recommendation: Varsity Coach provides a formal recommendation to the Athletic Office.
4. Verification: The Athletic Office verifies all mandatory NYS credentials and certifications.
5. Superintendent Review: The Athletic Director recommends a one-year appointment to the Superintendent.
6. BOE Approval: The Superintendent recommends the individual to the Board of Education for final approval.
