Who Qualifies?

Supporting our current staff and welcoming new team members. Eligible participants include:

Referring Staff: Current Teamsters members.
New Drivers: Hired between Mar 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027.
Qualified Candidates: Drivers with (or obtaining) full CDL licensure during training.

Both the referrer and the new hire receive staged payouts totaling $2,000 per referral.

Retention & Status

Essential requirements for the safety and consistency of our students:

Good Standing: Employment without disciplinary suspension.
Flexible Roles: Substitute time counts toward the 9-month milestone.
Active Status: Referrers must be active at the time of payout.
Verification: Bonuses issued within 30 days of completion.

Provide referral cards before the application.
Referral must be listed on the initial SchoolSpring application.
Existing candidates in the applicant pool do not qualify.
