The Process

Fill out the application via SchoolSpring. It only takes a few minutes to start your journey.
Interview
Meet our transportation team to discuss routes, schedules, and your future with the District.
Get Certified
Receive free training and support to earn your CDL. We help you through every step of the licensing process.
$2,000 Total Reward
Split equally between the Referrer and the New Hire.
The Referrer
For current Teamsters members.
The Driver
For hires starting Mar 1, 2026.
Strict Program Rules
- Referral Cards: Must be given to candidate before they apply.
- Application: Referrer must be named on initial SchoolSpring form.
- Status: Drivers must maintain "Good Standing."
- Flexibility: Permanent or substitute time counts toward 9 months.
- Retention: Referrers must be active at time of payout.
- Sunset: Program applies to drivers hired by June 30, 2027.
