New Teachers and Mentors Celebrate Successes
Lake Shore’s Mentor Teacher Internship Program highlighted the success of participants at a Mentor Teacher Learning Session on December 1. Nearly 20 educators chose an accomplishment from their first 12 weeks of the school year to share with peers. These accomplishments, recorded on banners and displayed proudly, emphasized the power of recognizing achievement. New teachers, in particular, are encouraged to spot their “wins” and celebrate!
